After final payment, clients receive the approved final logo artwork files. We supply vector files so your branding can be scaled, reproduced, or adapted without limitation. This ensures flexibility if you work with other suppliers in the future. Some freelancers retain vector files or charge additional release fees later — we prefer transparency from the beginning.

How many concepts will we receive?

(TLDR): Typically 4–6 logo concepts to start.

We begin with research into logos for other businesses in your industry, in order to get a feel for how your logo can be unique and stand out from the others. Depending on scope, logo projects range from 3 to 12 concepts, with most clients receiving 4–6 strategically developed initial directions.

Can you match or evolve our existing brand?

(TLDR): Yes — we can refine or evolve.

We can either align with your existing brand system or strategically evolve it. Some businesses require subtle refinement to maintain recognition, while others benefit from a more substantial repositioning. We assess what’s working, what’s outdated, and what will best support future growth before recommending the appropriate creative direction.

How many revisions are typically included in logo design?

(TLDR): Unlimited refinements until you’re fully satisfied.

After presenting the initial logo concepts, we offer unlimited revisions within the chosen direction. Our goal is not to restrict creativity through arbitrary limits, but to refine collaboratively until the final design feels right. This approach ensures your logo is strategically sound and confidently approved — rather than rushed or compromised due to capped revision rounds.

What is the difference between a logo and a full brand identity?

(TLDR): A logo is one element of branding.

A logo is a visual symbol or typographic mark representing your business.
